Melanie Nakomoto is an incredible real estate agent with a savvy eye for finance, and holds an attention to detail that suits the vision of the buyer. A special emphases on the former, as it is not advertised or mentioned in other reviews, but she shared she was in the mortgage underwriting business prior to being a realtor, and was well versed in showing me homes that made sense. Never once did I feel rushed or persuaded into a purchase and I truly thought she was considering all angles in her assessment of the properties we visited (which, were lengthy). Her feedback, and very tactful negotiating skills landed me a dream purchase that I could not be happier to have found. As someone with little experience buying a property before, I felt well guided throughout the entire process, reminded of my own values when so many properties started to blur into one another, and informed of any important decisions that either her OR I were involved in. Her reviews truly speak for herself and I am glad to have found her!

Melanie does a great a job. Her encouragement through what was a lengthy contract process stopped me from getting out of what I felt was a difficult process. I'm now in what is a perfect little space for me. It's affordable, brand new, and has excellent views of downtown and the mountains. Melanie continues to help me with some small issues after closing.
